Mine is probably the manager who threatened to fire a cancer patient who called out with the flu but there are a lot of close seconds.

Try to swindle the insurance company out of permanent disability after claiming to be injured unloading a truck she was nowhere near, and then claiming that she had to be "carried to her car" by another employee that night which, according to that employee he never went near her, and according to security cameras, she was practically dancing in the store, never setting foot on the dock and gliding towards her car having a great time leaving on said night.
Once removed from her position as Operations Manager or whatever they called that position, and upon cleaning out her office many items were found that might have been earmarked for stealing, and further review of security footage revealed her leaving many nights with many bags of items that might not have been paid for.
Not a great story, but true. This was at Beetlejuice's store, for those following along..
