Elliot has given the following layoff message. “After careful consideration during review of Windstream business practices we will be making a work reduction of 10% of employees at Staff Manager and above status”
The number would be 45 to 70 in numbers and would save the company over $5 to $10 million in worthless expense. Moral of the employee’s would skyrocket off the charts so Lil T can speak to it during the town hall Q4.

Layoffs will be coming, but Management barely ever gets hit. Spin Doctors just add another gain to NPS scores. Zayo is not increasing bounty they see true value in dung pile.
LOL, are you nuts, laying off local managers would make way too much sense to this garbage company. Zayo is not smart enough to stay away from this POS, but they are smart enough to clean out all of this excess 90s management uselessness.
