From the outside it looks like a nice building and money being put into it.
I ask since the rest of Xerox building are falling apart and small to no investment in upkeep.

Overpaid and under talented people work there. It's a joke from my experience.
As others have mentioned, the move to Cary NC was designed to get many of the XIM employees in Webster to resign so the company wouldn't have to pay severance from an IRIF. HP has been doing this same thing for years throughout their organization, not just within the IT group.
High turnover here. Can’t BS in the interview and not be found out.

A few I work with went there and said it's a pretty nice building and very hi tech and fancy. A lot of the place was empty but was also in the middle of the covid
Any pictures I’ve seen shows the building fairly empty. Another waste of resources that could go to 401k matching or raises for employees at least the ones left!

Cary NC was a construct to avoid severance payments to IT folk. “Your job is moving, you must move or lose your job without severance” was the message.
Those that actually moved find a facility designed to be exited on moments notice, filled with primarily third rate employees.
Me 3, they have a bunch of job postings for that location, but none are posted internally.
My guesses: It's either a corporate cobweb collection or staffed with cardboard cutout personnel. It seemed phoney from the get go to me.
I'd also like to know what's happening IN the Cary, NC building. XIM did that huge move to NC and ever since then the only IT people I've been dealing with are in India.
