Will the attrition slow down?

Most of the colleagues I started working with here have now been in other companies for a long time. There is a mass exodus going on. I keep wondering if the attrition will slow down but every week someone leaves. I guess there will be even more departures at the beginning of next year. Terrible.

Don't know but judging how much worse the inept(I mean internet) help group have become, iI can but surmise that they had a mass walkout and the company hired semi literate people at 8 bucks an hour to run the place.

no it will never slow down after years observing Level3 , they will layoff every single quarter then hire as needed

That’s exactly their plan. They acquired so many companies and made their huge bonuses and salaries and now, quite honestly they can’t afford them. That was their plan all along. The sad thing is that the Titanic is taking on too much water that people are jumping ship. Storey is a complete buffoon and has no business running that company.
