Yeah the union is there to help, after 20+ years I was forced out but my union president in the same job title with 12 years got to keep his job and is still there.

Why, why, why does everyone turn this pandemic into their political beliefs. This is simply about “freedom to make a choice” based on each individuals decision to decide for themselves. Why is everyone worrying about someone else’s personal decision?! If they “choose” to not get vaccinated and take on the risk associated with it, their decision! If they “choose” to get vaccinated for whatever reason, their decision! If you “choose” to build your life around group-think morals, your decision….see the pattern here!?!? Make your decision based off your personal beliefs and move on with your life…do not try and justify or push your decisions to someone as that is what’s causing so much division in society! That is what freedom is about in this great country. If you have an issue with our country’s freedom acts, there are plenty of other places in this world where you can go “test” your mettle against societies that “chose” to give away such freedoms…good luck to all no matter your political stance.
This is the problem, it's not about you, it's about everyone, non vaccinated burden the whole system with more infections, more deaths, more hospital and emergency services needed, more prone to spread the Virus since they don't have antibodies. If the virus caused your face to droop on both sides like a person with a stroke and the resistance due to vaccinated could limit the amount and help recover faster to normal versus not recovering I imagine people would be more actively getting vaxxed, the problem is it is unseen and symptoms are in different degrees and severity. I would love to have Holidays with friends and family without the worry of someone dying afterwards. I say this since 6 of my family members have had it and two severely and one resuscitated twice.

The people that complain about the union are the same id--ts that go and vote republican. Republicans have taken away all tools unions had to get things done. Like the power to shut down work force at any given time. Republicans continue to restrict unions anyway they can.
Oh yeah… wait for it… I wanted to keep my g-ns so I voted republican. When you start making minimum wage let’s see how many g-ns you can afford to buy.
And before you make a fool of yourself defending Republicans and the way they have taken your rights away, do your research and have some facts to back up your replies.

;))))))))…..Union representation!?!? Have you seen what they have been negotiating for you lately?? If you want to see what a Union is supposed to do for you…go see the latest John Deere contract! This Union has been about numbers and profit for many years…just look at the brilliant panel they sent this last time to negotiate for us, that should tell all of us how much our REPRESENTATION means to them anymore!! Everything you said is true but you also loose your right to vote and if or when you need the union representative you will not get much of a effort
