Apparently digital/technoloy/info sec have had HR re-evluate MRP. A select few, as I understand it, got an increase - I have not heard of reductions in salary. Story is the folks that get an increase/boost are not to have that hold against them, meaning them are opening to getting the "normal" pool increase. Anyone else here heard anything else?

Well that whole redesign was given to the usual favorites. So they'll get $$. Not what they deserve but they will get the raises and the outliers will get the blame for not performing.
