Every shop has that one or two lazy crafts people who can't put there phone down, and does nothing but earn contempt from their peers. We celebrate when they get furloughed and wish they would just quit to save NS the trouble of getting rid of them..., but damn it, man. Can someone just STFU about that Adrian?

No need to cut where I'm at. People are cutting themselves. Way to many other jobs out there. Friend of mine said he's getting his day shift Saturday Sunday if you know what I mean
Can't layoff from Juniata. They are bringing more bosses back. Too much work to do... Production back to 24/7 soon!

Next week @ Juniata shop. Machinist and Electricians supposed to take a small hit. Just a couple of the other crafts.

They already got rid of the person they wanted. They won’t cut again as long as nobody upsets them.

We're getting things done relatively on time, so I assume that's a sign to management that they're safe to cut more people. Cr---y logic, but it seems to be what they've been doing.
