I have been following this forum for a while and there are a lot of comments like this. As soon as someone posts some criticism, someone else immediately comes forward with the advice that he/ she should leave if they are not happy here.
C'mon, does that mean there are only happy people working at Seagate?
Judging by my colleagues, there are lots of depressed people at Seagate who plan to leave as soon as they find the right opportunity.

Well if you are only going to come here to whine about your employer, you deserve to be called out. Find something more productive to do with your time. Perhaps sending out resumes instead of stewing in your recliners.
Yep. If you complain about the heat in the frying pan people will ask why you don’t just jump in the fire if you are unhappy. Apparently happiness is now defined as agreeing 100% with how things are run at work.

Resistance to change to improve anything. Same reason why that employee engagement survey did nothing. It quickly became about managers brow beating their staff about poor responses, so the metrics improved but nothing changed because people didn't want to have to deal with the problems being pushed back onto them.
