I didn't even expect frontline workers to be rewarded because they risked their health while working during the most stressful period during a pandemic when there were no vaccines yet. I didn’t expect much, because after all, this is ATT, a company that doesn’t value its employees.
However, I still expected that we would be at least get a little respect.
However, here you are more likely to feel cheated than respected, right?

Have low or no expectations and sometimes you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Many folks busted their tails during the pandemic. Try not to have such a myopic view of field vs office. At least the Union guys get paid for all that extra overtime; whereas, the office workers (I wouldn’t call any of us management), get nada including higher benefits costs, loss of bonus, more hours and extra work for no more money. I’d love to get all that overtime you guys get.
Management wussies hid in their homes for many months on Zoom and complained to those working for the customer. Time for a putsch?
T will give out another “ made in china “ token as a thank you for risking your life…
Your expectations are way too high. You must be under 3 years of service or you’ve been ignoring what is in front of you every day.
You need a safe space?
Man up.
You got paid during pandemic and you are not happy? Poor schmuck.
There isn’t enough Vaseline on the planet to lube what AT&T is doing.
You did not expect respect and now you are upset your expectations were met?
