I’m seeing a lot of new jobs in the Permian asset being posted. Any thoughts on job security in the Permian asset with all of this growth?

So what is the deal with the LDS mafia, is that a thing? I know a couple of VPs that are Mormons? They are here in the formally known as Concho, Midland office.

I really enjoy hearing about the people COP is hiring that took the VSP from Concho prior to the purchase. Sticking it to the man!

When prices fall again (and they will) there will be significant layoffs because we are incapable of true strategic thinking/planning and ignorant about simple business concepts like “zero basing”. It’s what we do.
It’s why we call it the LRP instead of a strategic plan… because it takes forever to document.
