I keep getting emails asking about getting this or that done before the Christmas vacation stretch. I just tell them it will have to wait until next year.
UAW employees, no mandate.

Don't live your life from paycheck to paycheck and you can do these things.
Absorb work for 30 days? It is not a suspension. Those people are not coming back after 30 days. The leave is a precursor to termination. Their work will be redistributed and if it can't be fully absorbed, jobs will be posted.

Warning emails for the un-complient went out this week.
They are forecasting the company cost saves for the 30 day unpaid vacations.
But here is the kicker, who is going to absorb all that extra work for those 30 days? Sure there might be some useless people that do no work in the 30 day leave group, but not all of them.
Tough luck for the vaccinated crowd, you just earned a months worth of more work and stress, less personal time, and no extra pay!

@OP. When Ford requested to report the vax status, I received an email from my Agency to comply with it and report my status also to the Agency. After that, I haven't received anything else.
@vfo+1e2BcXkv. There was no communication from Ford or Agency stating any reprisal for not reporting the status, and definitely, nothing regarding losing the job for no vaccination.
Stop spreading fear. There is a difference between facts and opinions. If you believe unvaxxed employees are going to lose their jobs, state it as your opinion, not fact.
? Got my email weeks ago. If you are not vaccinated, your job as PS or Agency will be over. Whether your employer will try to place you somewhere else is up to them.
My advice, if you are a happily vaxxed do gooder, by all means tell them that and upload your papers.
If you do not believe the company or any company has the right to force you to get a medical treatment, then just make up whatever response you want and don't upload anything. HR is way to busy doing exemption disposition on salaried to care much about agency at this point.
