I have been waiting for a long time for our leadership to make at least one move that will benefit the valuable employees, those who are still there.
Problems just pile up, and nothing is getting solved. I would be happy if at least I didn’t have to witness so much favoritism in this company. In fact I would be happy if they did just about anything for us, not just for themselves and the shareholders.

AT&T is beginning to take significant market share from Level 3. There won’t be any spending, only cutting.
Major re-structuring coming Feb 2022. Market GM’s will be gone and everything will be coming out of Denver.

Yeah, right. It's the same story when he was running Level 3. There won't any serious attempt at organic growth. He'll buy some promising companies, get investors to think this will be the start of some untapped growth, slash costs in the combined company but particular in the acquisition, coast on the success, rinse, lather, repeat.

No they will not. My theory is that Storey is not spending any money on anything. Why would he improve existing plant, hire staff or avoid regulations when you can hoard the federal money and revenue from current customers; then sell CTL assets away and let the buyer fix the problems on their dime? Once the remaining 16 states are sold; then Lumen becomes an Enterprise only store and only then will he open up the safe and spend $$ to connect and maintain.
