That's right. I never particularly believed that grass was much greener in other companies, it wasn't ideal for me here, but it wasn't bad for me either... and then a new manager came along. Absolutely - people don’t leave bad companies but bad bosses. It’s amazing what kind of behavior some managers allow themselves. I don't know how he got the job, I don't want to sound paranoid, but sometimes I think it's part of a strategy to voluntarily resign as many people as possible.

The managers got the job as they know some other inept manager the absolute Horribleness of these people I hate to use the word hate but I hate them I left because of these horrific managers go out you can do better and have peace
