There's no way for Xerox to change direction and become relevant once again when the only people the ELT and lower levels of management want working here are yes-men and yes-women. People who dare think for themselves or question the way things are being done are immediately marked as problematic and if they're not outright laid off, they can forget about advancing their career. With this approach, there's not a chance this company will move from the past any time soon.
