Who all got retention bonus offers today? Wondering if it's only in states where the governor is blocking mandates.

I was offered $5k and have been vaccinated since March 2021.

Retention bonuses should be paid to individuals who were already vaccinated months ago! We should be trying to retain the people who believe in evidence based medicine and support public health initiatives without having to be bribed to do so.
Where is the reward for the individual’s who didn’t need to be coerced? That’s the individual that deserves it.
The individual states whose governor’s state no mandates, aren’t influencing anything UHC has already stated they aren’t changing their vaccine mandates. Leadership is already discussing mandatory overtime, not allowing PTO, closing and combining offices etc.. to cover for the suspended staff. Welcome to the new mentality of UHC, good news layoffs will be reduced for awhile.
where did you get the retention bonus? randomly in your paycheck or did your manager call you or something?
I know some vaxed that got it too, so far they were offered $3k instead of $5.

I received 1 tonight. Funny how they are now bribing the unvaccinated with $5000.00. I will not sign bc i will not get vaccinated. The deadline is also 11/30/21, which is when you have to be vaccinated by.
