I know many people think that the current lack of employees is not related to our industry, but in the last few months, I've managed to nab two interviews so far. I'm not sure if anything will come out of it, but I know that the last time I was considering leaving (a few years ago) I was ghosted by nearly everybody I applied to. I thought those who're looking to leave might like to know this.

Agree. Depending on your role, there are jobs out there. I’ve had three decent interviews and expect at least one offer on a good fitting job. Just need to satisfy myself I’m leaving for a less toxic environment so it’s not jumping from the frying pan to the fire.
