What's your take on this “initiative” and how do you think it will translate into your organisation?

What initiative?
I think you’ll see more of EMIT move from UIT, CIT, and FLCIT into a more ambiguous group that runs across them all. Some still dedicated but more a “normal” IT design instead of siloed. But it’ll really impact who you report to, not so much what you actually do.
I work in Chemicals, and I think it’s going to bring a bunch of mo--nic F&L people sticking their noses where their help isn’t needed
Not sure. A number of employee forums held or coming. Often promoting a false transparency using the usual EM “newspeak”.
Looks like a foreplay before getting shaft*d...
