Has anyone noticed that job duties and expectations are not evenly distributed? All some associates do is pick orders from 8-4, others have to do merchandising, ring sales, get credit, clean fitting rooms, some just stand at the BOPUS counter and greet customers, managers sit in the office with the door closed, what. A . Mess.
