After Darren and the fellow presidents all mentioned about it in their town halls, somehow there is no more discussions here about it? Consolidation? Efficiency? We all know most of us will have non-zero raises by early 2022 but what’s going on with the CS&I? Is it really happening?

OPEX reduction is still in play, EMRE needs to brace for “synergy “ improvement. We need to evaporate R&D operations.
I’ve heard rollout is pushed back until beginning of 2nd qtr.
Expect the study was finalized this month and rolled out by Christmas holiday with 1/1/22 effective date

CS&I = GREAT- Global Research Engineering and Technology. Same thing that happened with Global Projects will happen with the research and engineering organizations. It will be just one and it will be a support function to the business vs. part of a single business line.
