Medical and Religious Accommodations are being approved!

Looking to start a job with NG soon. They are still demanding it even with the stay, court rulings, and the Fed government saying they are jot enforcing it.
How much detail is NG wanting for religious exemptions? I know people at Harris that just had a one line statement and got approved for an exemption.
In what way? I have spoken with my doctor who said that every accommodation/exemption they've written at their office has been denied by area businesses. What will make Fiserv any different? Also, if you have worked in an office as an essential employee since this all began, what will happen to your job? Will they let someone with a Medical or Religious Accommodation/Exemption continue to work in the same building with others who are "Vaccinated"?
