At one point I thought I would have to stay here for a long time because I was not able to pass the interview phase in other companies. And yet, it was still worth trying. In a few days, this company will be a thing of the past for me.
It's not worth staying here.
Maybe just for those who really have no other option?

I’ll be taking off in a few months as soon as my worthy project wraps up. I’ve capped my pay and the promise of minions never came to fruition. Not to mention I work in a team that doesn’t carry their weight (intention or lack of skill). I work in an area that is technically high-skilled, so I know for a fact a pay bump of 20-30% is easy.
The perks of yesteryear is no more. Expensed travel to vendor conferences? Nope. Training? Good luck securing funding. Company will tell you take free stuff from vendor site.
Leadership is holding onto some delusional view that people want to come work for Riverbed. It’s like that friend who constantly projects of how smart they once were and acts as if they’re the smartest person in the room. Insecurity is not se-y. Take a good look in the mirror.
