Managers will know in November. Hopefully you are good friends with one, else you will only find out your increment in Dec or Jan depending on how little your boss cares about you.

A friend got another job offer. XOM offered a high single digit pay raise to stay. I’d imagine that’s what’s going to happen in January. He’s in the downstream
