Hesitancy

Is some vaccine hesitancy coming from people who liked Working From Home locked-down life?

Like, “if I don’t get vaccinated, I have a reason to maintain my remote existence.”

Pity that this post is filled with exactly what your accusing. It was a news story not a opinion of mine. The fact that it is disregarded speaks of what you also accuse, people of color and other orientations se-----y have masked themselves and acted a certain way to fit in for decades if not centuries. It's why the movements have taken off in the last 80 years or so. Remember not long ago Women were not allowed to even vote.

People are so uneducated about this virus and vaccine because the media and government big Pharma has hidden the facts or straight out lied to the American people. The process of going back in the office has been initiated. Instead of people worrying about the FACT you still get and spread Covid when vaccinated they are worried about being forced back in before the Mandate takes effect in 12/8. This shows just how big and effective the lies are.

If the vaccine does not stop the spread of a pandemic virus and people can get sick regardless, why would anyone want to send people back into the offices that do not need to be there? NOC and other positions that can work from home.

Until the pandemic is over keep your employees safe. Unless this really is not a pandemic and if so what's the catch? 💰 💰 💰 sounds fishy right?

Seen a story on the news about why people don't want to leave their remote work locations and come back to the office.

People of color, people of se-ual preferences other then heteros-xual , feel that they produce more when they are at home around those they feel comfortable with, they don't have to change character to fit the office environment. This relieves them of stress and they feel healthier. They don't have to speak in a language not from their comfort group, or office speak which they feel is unnatural.

They say they are more productive due to this and don't need to take as much time off to deal with stress and stress illnesses.

This is the next obstacle for companies to deal with.

So those of us in the field will now have to deal with picking up additional slack it will appear.

No from what I've seen its customer facing techs who have been dealing with this for the last 18 months and are still alive. We have been sent into customer houses and businesses without any proof that the customer is vaccinated or isn't currently covid positive. Now all the sudden its unsafe for us to do so without being vaccinated. I've gone on multiple tickets were the customer was sick and told the repair center that they were. They still sent me and gave no remarks on the ticket to let me know. Safety first as long as it's just for show.

I will agree do as I say not as I do mentality, also why you are never told a co worker has been exposed and is infected. If they really cared they would let us know and not sneak into facilities at night to clean, well the ones that have Management in them still anyway. You would think they would asked exposed employees to be tested if an infected person had been in the building, have not heard it happening other then Managers that still have a conscience telling their employees on the down low.

If you're hitting your targets, who cares where the seat your bu-t warms is located? Risking an ICU visit to WFH is stupid when there's so many open remote jobs right now lol

No it means that they are forced to be injected with a dr-g that neither the employer or manufacturer has any reliability.
