They removed my negative review on Glassdoor-I didn't know they could do that. I mentioned that it was a good place for a certain demographic.
This is by far the worst company to work for. I've been here before it became Vantara. A name name they choose which has no meaning. How appropriate for this company has become nothing with no leadership and vision. GK is a halogram CEO that has no connection to his employees. Not sure what Japan has in store for this clueless fool.
Hitachi Vantara is ripe to be a case study at a management training class at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. A case study outlining what not do as a company regarding it's employees, vision, communication, .etc. .etc. It is a model for the ineptness of management as this company continues to circle the drain even today. Any current or former employee who believes this company is state of the art, or best of breed is seriously deluding themselves. If you are considering Hitachi Vantara as a potential employer - dont!

The employees you dumped and the ones that subsequently left are telling everyone what they think with loads of evidence and examples of treatment. I guess as long as you (the double bonus executive club) receive your bonuses before Japan moves you on.....

I have not seen a single positive comment about HV. HV slowly eats away at your soul and any character(ethics, integrity, etc.) you once had. This is one of the main reasons employees are shuffling to other organizations. How can management lack so much wisdom and judgment?
