All this with the pandemic has been going on for too long and everyone is under enormous stress. Everyone would love that all of this was just a bad dream..
I'm afraid what it will look like to work in this company after many people leave? And there are people whom I know were very loyal to Seagate, even though they could have left here a long time ago.

With the strength of the job market right now for seekers I do not understand why anyone would stay at Seagate. Here is your chance to not only get a substantial raise but also join a company that is growing. These opportunities do not come around often.
Are you delirious? Acting like Companies value loyalty. That was back in the 50s, 60s, and 70s not now - you're just an overhead and the older you get the more costly you become. This is nothing new - its corporate America 101 - don't really know how to grow a business but sure know how to cut costs.
The company seems more concerned about neurodiversity and other made up distractions than loyalty.
Are you referring to something specific? Pandemic was not unique to Seagate.
