How is Lam Research compared to Intel in terms career growth and compensation? Is it worth the jump?

I’d swing by if they would hire old bozos from Intel for a better pay
Lam Research sucks if you are not a direct hire. They treat long term temps like trash.
If you are a direct hire, then you are gold.
Down side is they have huge layoffs every 5-6 years.
Managers earn about $120K and up a year, pay is good there.
