The joy of this job is gone. They’ve sucked it out. Every last bit of energy the adjusters had is spent. The constant claim volume, the thankless overtime. Does anyone know what the end result is of transformative growth besides a bunch of exhausted burnt out employees? Is there a light at the end of this tunnel? The executives haven’t said or maybe I missed it in claims news.

Customer service has been non existent since last year when Tons of claims adjusters were ran off. It’s a complete mess. Claims volume is out of control . Morale is at an all time low . There’s no hope anymore . It’s better to find something else rather than stay here drowning in claims .
The light at the end of the tunnel is claims jobs being outsourced to Pune. That's why they introduced the LAT Tool, FNOL Transcripts, and Early Intervention tasks
Legal is outrageous because the so-called leaders don’t care about the attorneys practicing law on behalf of their clients - Allstate insureds. They only care about numbers on a spreadsheet.
It's not company wide. The executive level sure seems to be enjoying themselves.
This is NOT a claims only problem. It’s Allstate wide. I’m in Legal and believe me we feel it every bit as much as claims. This is a horribly mismanaged company and the workload is outrageous and onerous.
Same in Legal. This is what happens when you "do more with less" and never actually stop doing the "stop work" items that leaders have periodically asked us to identify, and continue to heap "more" on "less" people because turnover is out of control.
