The company’s troll farm greatest hits

Looks like the company has learned from its business partner, comrade colonel Putin, that dissent is better suppressed with a troll farm than through direct interdiction (anyway, not yet available in the US). Well scripted trolls can mess up any meaningful conversation in a very smooth way.
Below are some of the greatest hits from the instructions list that the EM trolls use on this site. Some are direct, recent quotes from very prolific comrades. Please feel free to add any that I might have missed!

  1. Everybody in the oil industry treats employees like EM, that is like dirt.
  2. Complains about the way EM treated you ? Sounds pretty standard for any large company. Not sure what you were expecting. The world is a tough place. You want cuddles go home to your mom.
  3. You have worked only for EM, who has cuddled you like a baby and given you so much. Now the company does you a favor by showing you how tough the real world is like
  4. This has always been the system, now you’re complaining just because you drew the short stick
  5. We’ve always had the PIP, it’s nothing new
  6. The system hasn’t changed in the last two years
  7. The PIP has been made much easier to pass
  8. 90% of those put in PIP pass it
  9. The PIP is for your good, it’s an employee benefit
  10. The people we let go of should have been PIPed years ago
  11. 8% won’t happen again in 2022
  12. Stop complaining that the company didn’t return your belongings when you were laid off. What were you keeping at your desk that was so important you could be without it for months while WFH?
  13. Someone has to be in the bottom. That is the system. Are you saying someone else on your team deserved the bottom but you didn’t or that no one should be in the bottom?
  14. You complain that when laid off you didn’t get all your belongings and then you got a message of congratulations on your retirement ? You’re surprised the customer experience was poor? Is this your first time interacting with a large bureaucracy?
  15. You’re worried that with the changes in the ranking system you might drop from a good ranking straight to NSI? Nah, don’t worry, they’ve changed the powerpoint text, but at the end of the day you’re ranked the same as you were before.
  16. You are all so negative. Ge-z. Please look at your bank account and see who you are living off! You Grow up!

So typical. This thread was started late Sunday night and by Monday at 7:30 AM the three trolls on duty had already posted the first three nasty comments. Guys, are you paid by post or by word? If there’s three of you there at night, how many during day time?

Another favorite troll tactic is to ki-l a thread by posting some racist or highly political remarks, which will start a firestorm and burry the meaning of the thread.
