In gfx group I have seen 7-8 people left group with 2 weeks, they were all super stars. But due to LP, ST politics many people are leaving and/or searching for job. It look like they just want to hire garbage from AMD, Nvidia and frustrate current employees to a extent they leave their own. If you challenge these folks in meeting or ask reverse question you are on chopping blade....

They are throwing sand in RK's eye by proving they hired folks from these company but really who will leave nvidia and amd for intel no one /// only low performer will join intel....

Also they are giving RSU to people who will never challenge them, all knows these VPs talk non-sense behave like ring master every Monday Morning showing face on camera .

No one knows the formula of RSU ... randomly they are decided by VPs

They calling as CTR - Critical Talent Retention and sending a clear message to the people , who didn't received -> You are not talented + Not critical. => So the people who are ONLY talented but not critical -> Leave intel ASAP .. else layoff is coming soon

ST is just a Program Manager kind of material god knows why LP made him VP. How come PM take bigger role at Intel instead real PE or Architect take better role or someone from Eng Managers .

Be a program Manager if you want to be a VP/Director ...same happened in graphics Bangalore - The guy is called KP

OP: I’m assuming LP is LiPe and ST is SuTo? ST is an example of “failing upwards”. He was a SLM before ACT then after the big shuffle he was picked to move up. Made some id--tic mgmt decisions and was promoted to VP this year. No doubt ST will continue to make p!ss poor decisions to ruin the already broken driver.

It will only get worse for Intel, this is what your CFO does, he demolishes a company through cost cutting of people, learning, benefits, all so he can show how much he is saving a company....when the company see's how low he has brought that company, he will leave and take his millions with him....look at he what did at former QC. It will be the same.
