Unions made the middle class in America. They are the only reason we no longer work six days and 72 hours a week any longer. They are why children no longer work in factories today. Yes Ford did some groundbreaking work, but any credible historian will tell you that without unions the vast vast majority owners would have continued to abuse workers, especially immigrants and people of color from the South.

The wealth gap between the the top 1% and the remaining of 99% of Americans is the LARGEST it has been IN OUR HISTORY. CEOs and senior execs make the highest multiple of salary when compared to the average worker IN OUR HISTORY.
Recent tax cuts did not go to the average American. 90% of the benefits went to the top 10% and the American corporations. And these corporations did not create new jobs with this new money - they went on a record high stock buyback frenzy that benefitted, of course, the top 10% wealthiest Americans.
Many are too ignorant to see that the Hannity party is making you, your neighbors, and your state poorer every year relative to overall GDP income growth. Your piece of the pie is shrinking and the Bezos', Gates', Trumps', and Wilsons' piece gets larger - EVERY SINGLE YEAR. Hanninites actually support this incipient and continuous transfer of wealth. Of course Hannitty is very wealthy from real estate (like Trump) - something he NEVER tells anyone.

Yup , was loved to Chandler, Arizoma from California and the 2 years later laid off because of transformative growth. Allstate can’t make up their minds about hiring, firing , rehiring , staffing, restaffing. No true vision of how they want the company to move forward. One step forward and two steps backwards every year for the last six years. Auto claims has suffered so much since then , especially the customers and overworked adjusters. Lots of talented adjusters are gone.
