You can find info about the pay range on previous posts but it’s not what it used to be. The goal is keep costs low because they cannot afford it (except the exhorbitant salaries of the dinausors at the top). The company was really close to file for bankruptcy last year, that’s why they had a massive round of layoffs.

Don’t expect to get any kind of significant raise. The SETC system is broken. Look outside, you will find plenty of opportunities.

Currently G13...salary at 80K...no pay raise in the last 8 years...not even a C or D evaluations somewhere...with Managers that tried to sc--w you up at the first occasion ...and they can't understand why you are pi---d off after the company...but unfortunately you are just a piece of s**t of support... you don't make money...you are just a cost ..
