Has anyone seen any movement towards terming staff who are not vaccinated?

I work at a rival insurance company, same is happening with us. Good luck to the suckers that get stuck doing the work load of 3/4 people!

It may be just a matter of time. Some of the Blue Cross locations sent notices to get vaxed by Thanksgiving or be terminated.
No, and it would be pretty stupid of them to do that after what’s happened with the companies who tried the heavy-handed approach. Especially right before peak. If they do pull a sh---y on their employees it will be after AEP and before AIP.
