Yes it’s the McKinsey Group model which Dell pays millions of dollars year too because they aren’t capable of managing own company.

Lot of reassuring folks who think that they are safe. Fact of the matter the more one goes into denial mode the worse it becomes.

"The salary of a sales planning and strategy consultant was $130,000 based in Kentucky, while the exact same position held a $135,000 salary for a new hire based in Texas.

A Texas-based senior advisor for sales planning and strategy position received a salary of $106,000, while a senior analyst for sales operations in Texas had a salary of $77,000."

Is this suppose to be a negative critique? I mean, sure, those salaries could be less than what competitive enterprise vendors pay, but $135k for a non-customer-facing I9 in no-income-tax Texas is a good salary, IMO.

There won't be much in the way of Federal Sales or Expansion in a year or so. Watch the scaling back . So the Fed Team at Dell will be let go.

Federal sales is the safe haven. They require all to be US citizens and it has many of Dell's oldest and longest tenured employees. They rarely layoff anyone. It's an exclusive and tight knit family. I live it.

Appears that Dell is innovating once again.
