I know there is talk of returning to the office in Jan. For IT, since I know it may vary, I thought the choice was at the discretion of your LL6 or LL5 to set the policy for what works best with your team.
So in my mind even though the return to the office is Jan, managers may allow only a once or twice a month visit and team huddle and the rest of the time will remain WFH, is this right?
