The fact is, he should be able to. At the minimum, he should know what you do and what you need to get it done. So how come we keep getting dolts who don't even know how to tie their own shoes placed in management positions? Guys who think "just deal with it" is a valid response to a legitimate issue that requires their intervention? It's mind boggling.

You aren't being promoted because Sprint employees are in charge now. They only promote if you're in their club or if you know how to kiss ar-e and look a certain way.

I know my boss can't do my job. But they were promoted not based upon skills or experience but based on other "factors"....which I'd mention, but, well, there's censorship here...
Hmm...well. Nice to see things are being censored here, in true totalitarian fashion. The comments about T-Mobile promoting based LGBTQ status and/or skin color have been removed.
