what's the feeling out there?? good results, bad results or just financial engineering again?

I'm going for Financial engineering - which will show small growth..

The biggest revenue miss was in GTS. (-5%) We all know where that is headed, so you can likely dismiss it. Yes you folks in Kyndryl are still in the BOHICA gameplan. There is some spillover from GTS that was moved to Systems (TSS) Again -5% Systems overall was down 12% The good part for IBM is that systems revenue is a small number vs the remaining GBS and SW groups. GBS and SW both grew which is goodness as IBM moves forward toward “hybrid IBM” So getting back to layoffs Remember every CEO runs on as goes revenue so goes head count. Where is the weak link in “Hybrid IBM” Yep its in “infrastructure” So given the infrastructure weakness, where do you think IBM will take the ax to?

@aon+1dpreN3V Big layoffs are ALWAYS happening at IBM. Not really a surprise to anyone.

Looks like Chanos was right (like always)... IBM shares are already down 5-6% after the 3Q results have been announced. Waiting for the earnings call to start to hear all the lies from AK and his band of tugs...
