Does this company think about its reputation at all or does the reputation no longer matter to the people at the top?
I am sometimes ashamed of where I work. I think the reputation has never been worse.

I recently left. I interviewed a few years back and there were a lot of positive comments about my working at "Riverbed". Ended up sticking it out. Fast forward - I spent a lot of time interviewing the last few months and all the comments were negative - had to overcome the stigma of having spent time at Riverbed for sure and not having left before the severe downturn. It's sad that I can't stand proud as a former Riverbed employee. At new employer everytime I meet someone new and introduce myself as new employee and am asked "where were you prior" I see if not hear the negative reaction when I say "Riverbed". I now hope I am not asked and don't come out and volunteer the info if I don't need to in introductions. With the RSA it will only get worse.
Agreed.
Riverbed is washed up. All the vendors have quietly distanced themselves.
