During Russia 2018 worldcup, mysteriously, a lot of people ask for vacation, was sick and/or required urgent travel. I hope Company start hiring right now to be ready. Doesn't matter schedule's or plans, everybody leaves in that months.

While I understand the spirit of the question it seems the OP probably used voice typing with English being a second language.
All in all it's a valid question given the mass vacation requests/Sick leaves during this type of event. In my experience there, nothing major happens at Aramco during such events and life just goes on.

Nothing, however, when I was there lip service was given to staffing levels over eid holidays. In the end seems like 80% left for parts unknown. So my opinion is that it doesn't really matter much in regard to the world cup. Aramco marches to it's own internal drum regardless of business needs.
