I thought it was all just a lot of talk, but there seem to be a lot of those leaving before December. I thought that there aren't many options for those who do not want to take a jab. Judging by the number of colleagues who are leaving just for this reason, it seems that people still manage to find other options?

No there’s actually no law. Executive orders are technically only meant to cover the executive branch the only thing we have is that the government won’t buy hard drives without compliance which is their right I think they shouldn’t be sold any
WDC will be announcing a vax mandate also - sticking with their fast follower strategy over the years. There is statutory authority behind the executive orders and administrative regulations.
WDC has no vax mandate. They apparently don’t make rules just based on a press conference. There’s no law behind any of this. Hopefully WD tells the NSA they won’t sell them any drives.
