People who are unhappy at Centene tend to overthink their options and they just end up staying because it seems too complicated to do anything else. I was stuck in that pattern for far too long. In the end, I decided to stop thinking about it and just do it. I moved on for my own sake and I haven't regretted it. The market is hot right now. If you have any transferable skills - and I know most of you do - take that plunge. I highly doubt you'll regret it.

Unfortunately this is what iam running into, iam willing to take a pay cut but not a $10k one. Iam not entry level, iam experienced and deserve to be paid for that experience and knowledge
I agree with the other poster. Like thousands less.
Trust me when I tell you, many of us are actively seeking other employment but some companies want to pay us less than what we already make.
