Look at the job openings on LinkedIn and other sites. They're in hundreds and the number isn't going down. They've cut too many people and now nobody wants to work here because people have figured out what kind of a dump this is. Just wait and see what happens as the number of openings continues to increase with no takers. I plan to enjoy the fallout to the maximum.

It’s bad …27yrs I’ve never heard so many people so unhappy about their job … It’s disheartening
Yep it’s coming. They all follow one another. Not a single original thought in the bunch.
Wait for the vac mandate, it's coming. Comply or be fired. Let's put these class one RRs to a halt.
Yes, They are in trouble! We can't move train's, no crews to move them. The board made the call to go down this road, now they can enjoy the rewards! They can only bs the shareholders so long before the truth comes out! So sc--w them, they can lay in the bed they made!
Please wake up!! They are not in trouble!!!! Far from it. They will keep on running and keep on making money regardless of what happens! Dont believe me? Wait and see! They dont care about you or the next guy! Nothing will change! The union wont do a thing except raise your dues and the company will do as they please!!!!!
I dont feel bad for upper management, but working for the bigger railroads was such a good job. One of the few places you could still call a career. Im not a political person at all but what has been done to good American jobs over the last 40 years and now the railroads is a shame. Good luck to all that is left.
