careful if you have reported vaccinated and are loading proof later with different date from when first reported. Company is checking and firing when they don’t match. Many fired this week. More work for those of us left. Company has become a joke.

Did you notice the chart jumped 9% when they changed it from just vaxed to vaxed and exempt? So at least 9% of the company got theirs approved. Clearly you're the one was trying to lie to everyone.
Those that are encouraging lying to get an exemption must be from Lighttower. Because they obviously don’t have have any integrity. I remember when “Be Real” was a thing.
Itt boomers change their mind on remote work after realizing it was the only way they could keep their jobs without having to get a scary shot lol
“ If you have a two hour commute you've made bad choices.”
I got the exemption and permission to work from home until further notice so I’d say I made a great choice.
If you have a two hour commute you've made bad choices.
I haven’t heard of anyone getting their religious exemption approved. Especially with the added benefit of being granted remote work status. I smell something fishy. Don’t trust everything you read on an anonymous forum.
I’ve heard multiple managers say religious exemptions will be hard to get. I think they are abusing this moment to fire the people they want.
“ If you have to work from home, if you’re given a religious exemption, doesn’t this encourage people to not get vaccinated?”
It does. That’s why I don’t understand why everybody is complaining about the mandate. Just play the game and reap the rewards of working from home while all the sheep who got the stick enjoy their 2 hour commute.
If you have to work from home, if you’re given a religious exemption, doesn’t this encourage people to not get vaccinated?
As a condition of my exemption, I had to agree not to report to an office and not meet face to face with clients or vendors. I had no problem with that at all. LOL
I don't care if the religious exemption is sincere or not as long as they stay fully remote. The fewer people crammed in the office, the safer we will all be. I am fully vaccinated so I can't get a religious exemption but I say everyone else can go hog wild as long as they stay remote and far away from me.
It is shameful people are lying and hiding behind religious exemptions, when no religion has a problem with the vaccine. Equally shameful is Crown allowing these ridiculous exemptions to be approved, putting everyone else at risk when we return to the office.
I was on the same call where they said 6%. I think the earlier comment is right, someone is trying to convince people on here not to apply for them.
6% of the company have religious exemptions approved already.
Not sure why there's propaganda here.
Can confirm, religious exemptions are NOT being turned down. I think the person spamming in here is trying to dissuade people from applying for them.
Yeah, someone here is full of it or acted like a fool during their questioning. I have personally spoke. To 7 people now who have had theirs approved without even an attempt at pushback.
“ They're denying some religious exemptions. Including mine. Complete violation of Title XII”
You’re the only one I’ve heard of. I know of 4, including myself that was granted.
They're denying some religious exemptions. Including mine. Complete violation of Title XII
Lying about vaccination status is dishonest and puts your entire office at risk.
Yeah, don't lie people - just put in for an exemption, they aren't turning them down.
I can confirm people have been fired. Someone from my team got fired last week because dates didn’t line up
Nobody has gotten fired. Exemptions are easy to get. I got a religious exemption and I was told to not come into physical contact with any customers or coworkers. Essentially, I’m now a full time remote worker until told otherwise. So all those people complaining about having to return to the office because you have a 2 hour commute…… just apply for a religious exemption and you’ll be made a remote worker.
Can you provide any proof of this? I'm in a position where if this was happening I believe I would be aware, whether officially or through an extensive network of trusted sources in the know.
Related to that, it's a stupid thing to do since religious exemptions are being approved indiscriminately.
This company has wanted a mandate from the beginning. The weak cuck CEO Jay “weasel” Brown made his intentions known a couple months ago when he told the company if they didn’t like what was happening to go find work elsewhere. Meanwhile, the stock price has plummeted $35 a share in the last 8 weeks. Follow the money! This is designed to distract from poor leadership.
Typical. Management using a way to reduce employes without have to call it a layoff.
