This is the worst. Day in day out I work here even though I don't feel any satisfaction and yet after the workday ends I just... drift through the rest of the day. I know the only way for me to get a better job is by improving myself in one way or another but I'm just drained after 8 hours.

I really doubt that the people who run this site take marching orders from Refinitiv HR or HR of any of the thousands of companies being discussed for that matter. If any posts are removed, it's probably because they violated site rules, such as using excessively foul language or directly naming employees (unless the information is public domain, such as from a press release.)
This is weird that some posts disappear from this forum, especially if criticizing our HR

You realize this forum is closely watched by our HR ? I have seen i.e. some blatant lies about polish workers union here. There was a post direct from the union with names and contact details in another "underperforming" thread and it disappeared just few h later. Do not believe everything you see here. Still - it is all anonymous here, so everything is possible. and who and how can remove posts from this forum ?

You do realize there is no way to know who responds to you, right? That every single post here has a different id so basically every statement is separate and has to be taken at face value? So if somebody says they are from one or another team, or even from Poland (is it the only country where people work for 8 hours a day?) it could be a lie?
Why would whoever wrote this share their team? Why would it matter? Depression is depression and it rarely is caused only by a job.
