Has anyone been informed if they are able to utilize the flexible schedules that was introduced back in September? Management still has no answers in my world.

I’ve heard that select teams have been told they are approved for FT remote, but other teams in the same department haven’t been told anything. It doesn’t make any sense, and I don’t trust their process in selecting teams. I still feel like there will be contingencies in place for any teams who are selected for FT remote. The vagueness from HR is ridiculous.
This is exact what I am going through. This sh-t is a joke.@9zki+1dlzQ3jp
Top dogs here said speak to your supervisors, supervisors said they are waiting for direction from the top dogs. Can’t really say I expected much else.
It was absolutely timed to coincide with the employee surveys. They have no intention on actually following through with widespread WFH or enforcing leaders to follow suit. It’s designed to be deliberately murky.
No answers in my department yet. They are looking at partial wfh options. Doesn’t seem like they are going to let us full time wfh. It is so ridiculous they would announce the possibility then not actually follow through on letting people wfh. I’m looking for another job at this point. This company is ridiculous.
I believe it was strategically announced right before their survey came out. I think very few departments/teams will be eligible for the FT remote opportunity. They’re not going to make it easy to be eligible for this benefit. I am not impressed with the vagueness that still surrounds this topic.
Thanks for responding. I totally agree.
No, clearly it was used as a press release to say “We’ll be flexible” without actually being flexible. It’s all fake and smoke and mirrors.
