My ops/vs used to be AP managers and was cut from Ap to do Ops/vs now they fired all AP and now is doing OPS/VS And Back to Ap manager.. how is this possible?

Plenty of jobs that use a spatula. Easy on the mayo.
Tell us where these jobs are. I’ve been trying to get out and am looking almost anywhere other than Macy’s.
