Thank God I left that sh---y company. It was my biggest mistake in my career to join that company. When I was hired, they had not told me there would be a pay cut. What a scam! Riverbed owes me money! I was blinded by all the talk about double digit growth, the great relationship with Microsoft (80% fake) and these constant promotions of people who basically did nothing but suck up and kiss management's a-s to get promoted. So many VPs. Does anyone even work at Riverbed anymore? Customers laugh at Riverbed,at the VPs, rvbd management for their megalomania and for not being able to get anything done. What a cr---y company with a fake culture. It doesn't matter if you are VPs, you will not get a comparable job in the industry because you have accomplished nothing and are just cashing in. You can't do anything. Losers are not what the industry needs. The company is dead and now they are tearing the place apart. I'm counting on a wave of layoffs, and the a-s kissers are cashing in.

Yes, Riverbed has full of hot air since going private. Now that they’ve rekindled their sister company, it’s d-mb and d-mber. People are just there for a payout.
