For as long as I have been working here, a little over 7 years, the atmosphere has never been more toxic than it is now. It's awful what's going on. It has become impossible to work here if you have any self-esteem at all.
I don't even believe that things can be fixed anymore? Or maybe they can?
I think that the situation will stay like this, or perhaps the atmosphere will get even worse.

Here is the playbook for current employees at RJ:
Paid fairly? > Stay put and keep screwing the people underneath you
Paid unfairly? > Get on indeed.com every morning and apply to jobs
Ride the wave mate, you getting pay chex, then why b***h?
You can't fix RJ - the trust is gone.
