I am more afraid of the consequences of long-term stress

People who are afraid of vaccinations should also be understood, but I am most afraid of the consequences of the long-term stress I encounter here on daily basis. I already have some psychosomatic problems because I am overwhelmed with work that I can barely finish on time. I know only a few people who have worked here for more than a few years and whose health has not suffered, precisely because of stress. Lately, the stress is even greater?

For the last year I wasn't allowed to take more than 2 days pto at a time and constantly given other's work to do with ridiculous due dates. Trust me when I say UHG doesn't care about your health. My last day was yesterday and this is the happiest I've been in years. Don't walk, run.

Workers comp, go to the dr get an excuse for extreme anxiety and take a vacation. If you want to wait until January, make sure your new benefit updates include the highest short term/long term percentages you can get. Drs are quick to write mental health excuses these days. UHC doesn’t care who they sc--w over, don’t feel bad about it.

There is life after UHC. The world of Employee Benefits is extremely vast, find leadership in a new organization that places value in their employees and uplifts you when your down.
