Well I can say. Jim Farley is no Allan Mullaly. Allan wan an Engineer. No Puppet to the Ford Family like the tale of two Jim's. The focus was on product. Allan focused on the basic fundamentals. Unlike The two Jim's we have or had recently they are clueless. Our complexity is out of control. Our quality is in the toilet.
Reduce the buildable combinations you will find more savings than nickel & dime TVM actions which lead to bad quality and recalls. I do not understand why that is so hard at Ford when anybody outside Wayne County can see that. Does anybody really think Allan would have spent $3/5bn on that train station? Common sense will answer that one. Only a bobblehead would go along with that. All I can say to the people getting ready to retire. LUMP SUM.

The likely beneficiaries are only Farley, who needs constant adulation and the writers and posters of the articles.
Very scary for a CEO to need a constant stream of adulation and boot licking.
A competent CEO who is comfortable in his own skin would respectfully ask the Ford Free Pass to focus on newsworthy topics.
Yup the whole Ford narrative is falling apart. Even on this board, we are being silenced when it comes to criticism of the company or its employees. This is total tyranny and whoever is running this board is a contributor to communist agenda. A whole thread about the vaccine reporting has been deleted and over 30 comments deleted as well.... Good comments that were in good standing with the rules.
