I’ve noticed that people here expect Sam’s to take care of them. That will never happen. Almost every company tries to take as much as possible from you and give as little as possible back. The question is - do you know how to stand up for yourself and get as much as possible while giving back the bare minimum?
There is one great saying - "When in Rome, do as the Romans do". I’ve been often stressed about the injustice here before, but ever since I’ve realized there’s no need for it, everything seems a lot easier. Instead of still being irritated by my store manager, I started learning from him how to behave in this company. Yes, it’s ugly, but it was the only way I could handle Sam’s atmosphere while I was still here.
